How we operate
We remove the guesswork from international sourcing. You receive progress alerts and photo updates at every critical milestone, and we do not produce a bulk order until you have inspected the physical sample yourself.

Quality control

The physical sample you approve is cataloged as the official quality standard. We match final assembly batches strictly against this sample, not static photos.
Quality checks happen in China before loading containers. Identifying structural or material errors prior to ocean freight means the factory must rectify them on their budget.
We specify material grades, weight thresholds, and component types clearly. If a cheaper factory path exists, we outline the pros/cons and let you make the final choice.
Factories that fall short of quality specifications or breach delivery timelines are removed from our network. Our long-term survival relies on our shipping quality.

Yes, and it protects you. You pay only the sample fee before any large amount of money moves. The factory produces it, we check it, and we ship it to you so you can inspect the real quality with your own hands before committing to a bulk order.
In two stages. First the sample fee. Then, once you have approved the sample, the full order is paid and production begins. Product cost and shipping cost are always quoted to you separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
That is what we are here to prevent. The sample you approved is the standard the bulk order is checked against, and we inspect the goods while they are still with the factory. If something is wrong, it gets corrected there, before it ships and before it becomes your problem.
You do, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We handle export from China and the shipping to your port. Your own customs agent clears the goods and settles local duties at your end.
